    As our Sunday stroll continues through the cobblestoned streets of the Plaka, the historic neighborhood under the shadow of the Acropolis, we’ll walk past buildings and monuments representing the depth of Athenian history, from the ancient Agora and the Stoa of Attalos, a 2nd century B.C. shopping arcade, to one of Athens’ oldest functioning churches, where students still go to get a blessing before final exams.

This food tour was one of the highlights of our stay in Athens. Carolina was a joy & so accomplished. She guided us through areas we would not have found on our own. Everything we tasted was delicious. The family restaurant was a look at how locals partake in a Sunday feast. The honey tasting was totally new for us. I find myself longing for the pistachio latte! Will definitely use this company in future travels. Thank you for accommodating us.

Had a lovely Sunday getting to see the real Greek culture in Athens. Constantine was very informative about the food scene and culture and a dash of history also. We tried many delicious dishes we would not have tried on our own and it was a surprise to us how much we enjoyed it all. We had a small group of 3 so plenty of discussion as well as food to share. The owners of the establishments were welcoming and made us feel welcome. Would recommend doing this tour when you first arrive as lots of tips for later in the trip.
