our tour was amazing with an excellent tour guide who did an excellent job with us, he was really friendly and the tour was excellent.

We booked a trip and kept two days free and put down a deposit with this company. They didn't turn up or answer the phone. The once that Alain did answer the phone on the day he said he would look into it ans put the phone down. We tried calling him numerous times with no answer. We had a wasted 2 days in Marrakech as we put aside these days for this. We DID NOT get our deposit back. DO NOT USE this company as they give fake confirmation of the activities.
