I paid 18 euros or 180 Dirhams in advance for a taxi driver to meet me after midnight on Monday, March 14th - The taxi driver never showed! I briefly spoke to the taxi driver by phone, whereby he insisted that I had the wrong day and time (despite my email displaying the correct day, date and time) An onlooker and a man working for taxis at the airport overheard my conversation with this dishonest taxi driver. He told me that this man does this many times to tourists! Takes the money via Viator and does not show up! He also gave me a fake name. He stated his name was Rachid, another man told me, he was in fact Mohommad. Whoever he was, he told me that my money would be refunded. I waited 5 working days and I received nothing from him. I then contacted him via WhatsApp. He told me that he would leave my refund at the reception. He DID NOT! He "forgot" Eventually, I reported him to the Police and he finally, after 1 week, returned my money to the hotel reception after hearing the police were involved. This man should not be employed as a taxi driver! Ripping people off, taking money, not showing up, leaving a solo traveller stranded after paying in advance weeks before my arrival date. He is a dishonest, dispicable man who made the beginning of my trip a nightmare. I also had to pay an additional 220 dirham to another taxi driver the same night to finally take me to my hotel. Also, when he finally "remembered" to return the refund to my hotel, he messaged me stating that I did not give him a "tip" - a tip! To the man that I never met to take me from Agadir Airport to my hotel... ???? I star as no option for zero stars.

The driver was at our hotel early! Which was lovely as our hotel was 45 minutes from the airport! Great driving skills and is very helpful! Will be using this company again upon my next visit!
