The transport did not arrive and took awhile to get assistance. No explanation and had to rearrange alternative to croc park. Was over an hour later and then only had 50 mins there! The driver rep didn’t communicate that it would not be him collecting us and we waited around for 40 mins until a taxi driver finally found us ( they did try and call but we have on flight mode which I explained to the customer service person beforehand) the taxi did not feel safe (old) and was definitely not the air conditioned minibus advertised. There was no Segway ride as advertised and expected. The quad bike experience and goats were good and well organised. After another cramped taxi ride we had missed our lunch as late back so had to pay for lunch! The tour wouldn’t compensate ( lunch cost) and we feel very disappointed and disgruntled and are complaining further! No explanation or proper apology is not acceptable

Friendly driver. Super understandable with timing. Pick up time was on time. The driver explained some tourist points while he was as driving.

departure time change. We were waiting 30 meters outside the hotel door. the guide did not explain anything to us. he dropped us off at the park and came back to pick us up. the park is small and the ticket costs 9€. in the market, it gave us 30 mts to see it.. it is a very high value for what is offered.
