    On the hour we invite you to board our transfer vessel the Ocean Quest, which will take you to the submarine. Sit back and enjoy the brief boat ride to the Atlantis dive site along the scenic coastline, as the professional crew welcomes you and gives a safety briefing. The vessels tie up alongside each other and you make the easy transfer from the Ocean Quest to the Atlantis Submarine. After securing the hatches and being seated in the air-conditioned comfort, the call is made to: “Dive! Dive! Dive!” You are now fully submerged in the aquamarine Caribbean Sea with large viewports all around, as curious exotic fish peek in at you and sea fans sway. This unique “must-do” undersea voyage, can take you to a shipwreck and to depths of 150 feet, which in the past has been reserved only for scuba divers. A knowledgeable co-pilot narrates the 40 minute underwater adventure and will help you to identify the amazing sights on the other side of your window.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Viator as helpful as a chocolate tea pot. Ad states hotel pick up possible but Viator rep couldn't provide a time but merely passed me back to the operator without any contact details. Easier and more helpful to book direct.

The experience is really good but things could be a bit clearer when getting on and off as the engine noise outweighs the sound of the person trying to tell you what to do.

One of the most amazing experiences. 45 minutes up close and personal with the coral reefs, fish and huge turtles. Well worth the money. The highlight by of our trip that was one highlight after another. The guide was perfect, lots of interesting information about fish, coral, submarines and Barbados. Perfect amount of talk versus letting us enjoy the coral reef and fish. Very scientific but presented in humorous manner for the non scientist. We learned a lot about seeing colors in the ocean, how fish reproduce, how the ecosystem is constantly balancing itself and how exactly it does that, and lots more. Well worth the money. Great adventure. Basically 45 minutes of 120 feet under the surface with constant “wows” and “did you see that” and “amazing” and “did you get that picture” from the passengers.
