Essaouira day trip is the best excursion that you can do when you are in Marrakech 3 hours drive from Marrakech. Stop for toilet. Then stop for visit the women's cooperative of the argan oil. We hebben een geweldige tour gehad. Zowel de chauffeur er naartoe als de gids in de bergen waren super vriendelijk. We hebben een heerlijke lunch (tajine) gekregen bij de gids thuis, gekookt door zijn moeder! Een authentieke ervaring. Erg aan te raden!

This was a truly breathtaking experience which I would recommend to all. You will need to be physically fit as there is lots of walking but don't let this put you off as there is plenty of breaks. Seeing is believing, until you don't experience this place yourself you will not understand how mesmerising the experience is. So if you're in Marrakech this should definitely be on your to-do list. A massive shout out to Mohammed our Driver and Hassan our Guide, both spoke great English, showed us the true Berber lifestyle and made sure we were happy throughout. Thank you to them both for making it such a wonderful experience.
