You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour.

- The pick-up time will be received one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder. You can contact us by WhatsApp if you do not receive your confirmation 1 day before the tour before 2 pm.

- If we do not have availability for pick-up at your accommodation, you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel.

- Meeting points for travelers who are in airbnb, hotels outside our pick-up zone or any place we cannot reach:

- Meeting point in Cancun: outside the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel on Tulum avenue

- Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen

- Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no hotel or airbnb pick-up, you can get to the park on your own or meet at the meeting point in Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you must contact Contact us to give you the details.

- The pick up time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour.

- Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will automatically be assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Es la primera vez que nos atrevemos a subirnos a las tirolesas y la experiencia fue increible, el personal te ayuda a sentirte seguro y siempre estan al pendiente de sus visitantes, nos hicieron sentir confiados y nos fueron guiando paso a paso, los caballos son hermosos y muy nobles, el recorrido por los senderos es una maravilla.

This was a great 1/2 day excursion. The staff was friendly and helpful. The horses were healthy and well cared for. The facility was clean and well tended. We all enjoyed it very much. Oddly, the most entertaining part was the Monster Truck Zombie Hunt, which requires a small extra fee. 10/10 would recommend this excursion.

The activities that I wanted were really fun. Everything else…not so much. You have to sign a waiver AFTER you paid the money that says you can’t sue them, even if their equipment malfunctions. You aren’t allowed to take your camera so they can charge you Disney World prices for their photos. You have to pay five dollars for a locker and go through this upsell where they want you to pay US prices while they pay Mexican wages. There was also a lot of requests for tips, I mean every station you went to had a tip jar and they were asking for tips all day. Trying to eat lunch, the lady came out from the cooking area, went and got this big tip box and came standing next to my table looking at us while we were trying to eat. We took another similar ATV tour two years ago which was more fun because they weren’t so commercialized. This place was all about the upsell and getting as much money out of you that they could. Tourist trap for sure.
