Booking was easy, communication was brilliant and our tour guide arrived on time and was so friendly and knowledgeable, his driving was also great! We were kept up to date with the itinerary for the day, never felt rushed at any point and we were given the option of ordering a packed lunch to save waiting in vending machine queues, I would definitely recommend ordering this as the food was lovely. The transport was clean and we were kept warm and comfortable for the trip. I would definitely book again for future tours in and around Krakow…in-fact we also booked Zakopane and Thermal Pools which was another great day out, our tour guide helped us purchase cable car tickets to take us to the top of the mountain and gave us his number for any help we might have needed whilst we had free time to explore the Village. 10/10, 5 star ????

Booked through Michal Kr and would highly recommend, everything went so smoothly. We were given our pick up time the day before and our lovely driver was waiting outside our hotel right on time. Travelled in a really nice comfortable minibus and tour tickets were given to us as soon as we arrived, our driver took us to exactly where we needed to be to start the tour and after the tour he was waiting for us with our packed lunches. We have already booked to come back to krakow next year so will definitely be booking more trips with Michal, everything was perfect!
