Communication was good, a phone call and message confirming collection time. We had seen some trips to the camps leaving at 4am due to ticket issues, however we set off at 11:30am. The coach was new, the staff were very good. The guide at the camp was superb. Sad to say a must see for everyone!

Experienced guide quick and easy pick up and return it's long though be prepared to get your steps in and note the camps are nearly 1 hour 45 minutes outside krackow
