I arranged a private airport transfer and private guided tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau with Christopher of Private Tours. I would highly recommend him as he was excellent to communicate with, he delivered exactly what he promised, he provided me with additional very helpful information such as restaurant recommendations. It is a personalised service and one I would recommend to anyone thinking of booking a tour in Krakow.

Given the limited lead time, Christopher suggested in rapid sequence alternatives for the tour. Since the time slots for private guided tours were fully booked, I got a private transfer and a small group (6 pax) in German provided by the local Organisation.
The polish lady, who studied originally Germanistik had very specific, though relevant insights and facts making the visit amazing and given the location “digestible”. She took ok time to answer individual questions, trying to avoid the numerous groups visiting that Sonny Saturday.
Well done and thank you so much

We had the most impactful experience with Christopher when we visited Krakow and went on the Auschwitz-Birkenau tour. Christopher was a wealth of knowledge and gave us the most memorable experience. We felt like we had our own history professor and learned so much about the Jewish / Polish relationship which existed for hundreds of years before WWII. Christopher shed light on so many unanswered questions about the Jews living in Poland since the 1400/1500’s. Visiting Auschwitz was something that we had always wanted to do and having Christopher take us to and from Krakow, arrange everything and be available for all of our questions made it something we will never forget. We definitely would recommend Auschwitz Guided Tour and Christopher if you plan to visit Poland and we will also be taking our family back in the spring and will schedule again ourselves.
