Our driver will pick you up from your hotel, apartment or meeting between 07:10 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. (pick-up time will be confirmed one day before your tour around 12 P.M. The pick-up time depends on the time of entry to the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, which is different every day, therefore the pick-up time for each day is agreed individually with each client)

Please remember to take with you some document like ID card, passport, driving licence or credit card because tickets in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps are registered!!!!!

    You will see one of the biggest concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau camp with English speaking guide. The tour in Auschwitz will takes approximately 1,30 hours and an hour in Birkenau camp. All guides are provide by Museum Auschwitz.

Auschwitz-Birkenau is a must-do excursion for anyone visiting Krakow. The communication prior to our trip was excellent, and our driver, Slawek, was prompt, friendly, and professional. The tour itself was a deeply humbling and moving experience. It’s a shame we didn’t have enough time to see everything, particularly at Auschwitz II (Birkenau), where we would have liked to spend more time. We’ll definitely return to explore more fully. Our guide was incredibly informative and provided powerful insight into the unimaginable events that took place there.

From start to finish our trip was well planned out and overall an amazing but harrowing experience. Our driver, Robert, was incredibly friendly, helpful and full of knowledge providing us with plenty of information before the tour and looked after us throughout the time we were with him. The tour around the two camps was a must do experience while visiting Kraków and I would recommended this tour and Robert especially.

This was an early start . 6:55 . But that meant we were there early . Our driver, Sebastian kept me updated by text so I was aware of timings . When we arrived there it was quite chaotic as there were queues for people that hadn’t pre booked and they were waiting an hour plus . We had a 10 minute queue and we were in . Headphones were great and the extra depth you get from a guide is immeasurable as you get a greater knowledge of the history and mindset of both sides of the fence . Absolute must as it is of significant historic events .we were back in central krakow for 2 pm as the drive is approx 1 hour 15 mins
