We will arrange for you the Auschwitz Tour (the trip included also visit Birkenau). An English speaking driver will pick you up from the Hotel between 07:00-09:00am. The way by bus from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1h20m drive. An average time of visit Auschwitz is about 2 hours, Birkenau about an 1h20m. Our English guided tour starts between 09:00-11:00am. We will book for you all tickets in advance. Our driver will be waiting for you at the museum parking. Average group is between 20-30 people at Auschwitz. Back to Krakow between 14:30-16:30pm.

  • Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm.
  • A maximum of 15 people per booking.
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.
  • Two days before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location.
  • Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museu.
  • Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and was always happy to answer questions. Drivers were also very friendly and helpful and made the experience easier and seamless. I’d definitely recommended using this company for your tour. The pick up and drop off meant that we could enjoy the day without stressing about missing buses/trains etc.

The tour is very educational. You read about this part of history, you watch documentaries or movies or possibly ask grandparents, however nothing really prepares you for the visuals that you receieve while at the museum. As I appreciate and respect the purpose of the museum and all those that want to visit and pay their respects, my feedback would be to allow more time to reflect on what the museum represents and those that lost their lives. Maybe for many the time that is allotted is more then enough. where as for my travel companions and others on the tour, we all felt it was so rushed and the guide was difficult to understand as the speaking was through a mic set and we listened through headphones. The information felt more like a rehearsed speech then an actual interactive tour. It was disappointing how rushed everything felt. Totally understand that it is difficult to pass through so many visitors in such a short time, however as feedback, more time to be able to actually read the plaques and listen to a tour without having another group right behind you pushing you forward, would be better. For those that want to take themselves through the museum a headset with prerecorded Information would be a great alternative so those that want more time at the museum have an option.

Hämtades upp rätt tid, chaufför vänlig och hjälpsam. Ett extra tack till en kvinnlig medresenärer som gav oss en vattenflaska då vi inte kunde köpa en❤️. Mycket känslosam upplevelse i det extremt varma vädret. Bra guide! Tack från oss två Mollie & Carl
