See Krakow cancelled the tour the evening before we were supposed to go which was piss poor, given we had booked several days in advance the said no guide available we managed to rebook with a reputable operator and we had a humbling visit. The thing for me was if you cancel within 14 days you do not get a refund however they can cancel just a few hours before yes we got our money back but no recompense for the inconvenience or the fact when you are on a short trip you may not be able to get on another trip. The other company we went with sourced a guide so that asks the question why couldn’t SeeKrakow, lots of cancelled trips if you read the reviews so be careful before you book with this company.

We booked the tour before we travelled to Krakow and we were in the airport about to travel and we had a phone call from the company about our tour the following morning. Communication was excellent, all staff spoke very good English and we were told where to meet the pick up for the tour. We were picked up on time in a very comfortable minibus and taken to Auschwitz. The whole day was organised very well and we were taken through it all and very well looked after. I would recommend using See Krakow for the Auschwitz tour and any other tours they offer. We also went with them to the salt mines which was equally well organised and a very interesting experience.

The tour was cancelled two days before the scheduled date, with the explanation that there was no available guide and no free slots on the planned day. They tried to make it seem like it was the museum’s fault — very poor organization! With such short notice, I have no chance to book another tour.
