    SAMPLE ITINERARY - In the Spring of 1992, Pierre Celis flew from Belgium to the United States to start a new brewery in the great state of Texas. No one suspected that he carried something very precious, concealed in his tube socks. It was the original yeast strain Pierre had been using to brew his world-famous Belgian-style Wit beer for the past 30 years. And there was no way he was going to brew without it. Today Celis brewery, now owned by Pierre's daughter Christine, and their flagship Celis White are an Austin staple. Average travel time between breweries is 15-30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Jeff was great! He was full of knowledge and just a super nice guy. My brother in law was always a Miller lite guy but couldn’t believe how great the beer selection was. Great breweries!

This is definitely worth the price! We went last night, and we are still talking about it. We loved being able to go to breweries and not have to worry about driving or getting tired and leaving after one tasting. The food was AMAZING! You get a full meal and it was CHEF'S KISS! The beer was good. A lot of variety. I really appreciated Jeff trying to get a wheat beer cause that was my fiance's preference. Jeff crushed it with all his knowledge and brewing insight! We can't wait to book another with City Brew Tours!

Total blast! Our guide, Jeff, is very knowledgeable of the Austin area and brew scene. Got a little ancient history of beer brewing as well. Very fun and highly recommend!!
