Thanks for sending this survey. Just wanted to share that our confirmed paperwork stated that we should arrive at a particular location. Upon arrival and after parking, the tour guide (Mike) texted that we should meet at a different location ... that was 15 minutes away. We had arrived at the requested time, but then due to the change of addresses, we were late and it caused a great deal of stress. We would have appreciated a more coordinated process b/w the company and the tour guide. Additionally, our tour guide provided us only a high-level overview of the city but he didn't give us a thorough knowledge of Austin. We just expected more information, not just his preferences. Nice guy, very personable, but just not interested in his personal perspective. Thanks.

We had a great time with Mike, our guide, who gave us a great tour of Downtown Austin on our first day in town. He gave us some great stories of Austin's history, as well as filled us on present day Austin, telling us stories behind the murals, the Bats, SXSW and the architecture. He was friendly, knowledgeable and lucky for us, we had him all to ourselves that day! Mike's hospitality was top notch and he was excited about his job and happy to share his passion for people, Austin and food! The variety of places we stopped were so good! They were in different areas of downtown, which gave us a perfect layout of the city so we knew where we wanted to explore the rest of the trip and visit again for a meal. Thank you for a great time and full bellies!
