Jess was very friendly and adapted to the group for the best overall experience for everyone. She dealt professionally with a small interruption from an unhoused spectator and was available for lots of follow up questions.

It was ok, not the best but not the worst. Jess was a good guide and knew some about history but the stories were not very seamless and felt very pieced together
