Tannin Road tours are a thoughtful curation of premium award winning venues, with quality and professionalism at the heart of everything we do. We pair exceptional wine with unique and intimate cellar door experiences, showcasing the BEST that Margaret River has to offer. Your tour includes a delicious lunch at an iconic local brewery, with options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. We pick you up from your accommodation in our spacious, air-conditioned vehicle. Pick-up times are from 10:30am and we aim to have you home by approx. 5:30pm. We will notify you of your exact pick up time by text message by 4pm the day prior to your tour departure. BOOKING NOTES: Tell us about yourself, your interests, any venue requests and dietary requirements in the booking notes. We will do our best to accommodate requests, wherever possible.

We had a great day out it was very personable due to only 4 on this tour. Overall great wine, lunch and tour guide.

Compared to other wine tours we have undertaken in other parts of Australia, New Zealand and other countries, this “Premium” tour fell a little short. The driver was a nice guy but not “an experienced guide” as promoted” and we learnt virtually nothing from him of the Margaret River wine region. The first visit was to the original winery in the area which was a quality operation with very good host, the 2nd was “rustic/quirky” which turned out to be the star of the trip as evidenced that all 4 couples made a purchase. Lunch was in a barn and could not be called “premium” and winery 3 was merely ok. It then went downhill with a visit to a chocolate shop not even a factory and then to a bog-standard tavern next door to our hotel! We visited a winery by ourselves the day before on our way into Margaret River from Albany which was the best of our short visit.

Actually thought the wineries we visited were average. As red wine drinkers we very disappointed in the quality and variety of Shiraz/cab sav we were tasting.
