  • Swimming tours do not cater for people with no swimming ability, all guests are required to have basic swimming ability as a minimum.
  • Tours are weather dependent and rely on suitable safe conditions. All tours are operated on the basis of interacting with wild animals. You are asked to appreciate that they are completely wild and are not trained to interact with people. All tours operate on a high 90% success rate of swimming and interacting with the Dolphins however you cannot be guaranteed to see them on every tour. Should you not see them you are welcome to come back any time within 3 months of your last tour for free. No refunds available.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Trip was ok. More about other things than actual seeing dolphins. Even though we had a thick wetsuit it was freezing especially after getting back to the boat and waiting another 20min to get to the next spot.

Nice boat trip with a very good crew. Trip was Informative. Sadly no dolphins, which was the main reason for booking the trip. I thought you'd be fairly certain you would see a few dolphins, so we were a little disappointed, having driven 90 mins to get there. The boat was clean, toilets were on board, and we were given a couple of biscuits too. Trip was good. We saw the seals and some birds. We understand these are wild animals so it's up to them whether they decide to show up...

It was an extremely warm day ,sat it the heat for an extra 30 minutes due to a late arrival of ten people,missed the chance to swim with dolphins as way to much waiting and watching in the end so many people were so hot and bothered and uncomfortable we stopped at the seals, everyone was so happy to get in the water just to cool off! staff were lovely but $175 each pretty disappointed ????
