Had an incredible day with the crew of the Jazz 2 where we got to swim with 3 separate whales sharks. All crew members were incredibly professional, fun and welcoming demonstrating a wealth of knowledge and experience. Felt in good hands throughout and had the most incredible experience swimming with the gentle giants. Unbelievable!

I have completed many reef and snorkelling tours all around the world but Exmouth Dive and Whaleshark lifted my previous experience to a new level of professionalism. VERY informative, profession execution of their tasks, great customer experience and extremely mindful to make sure my 9 year old daughter felt safe and included in all activities. I checked out a few of the other operators in Exmouth, but just the knowledge of their counter staff at the office/shopfront radiated professionalism, care and experience. VERY rough conditions on our trip, we were supposed to be swimming with Humpbacks but quickly diverted to swim with a Whaleshark when one was spotted. What an experience. A good reef snorkel on the way out to swim with the Whaleshark and an even better snorkel on the way back in. We even had the services of a professional photographer. At the end I was expecting to have to pay a small fortune for photos and video footage. To my surprise and delight all photos and video footage was included in the tour price. I cannot give any higher praise for the experience and I'm no rookie when it comes to these type experiences. I HIGHLY recommend Exmouth Dive & Whaleshark.

We were as impressed with the incredibly enthusiastic people looking after us as we were with the monsters we saw under water. The wildlife obviously could not be orchestrated but it all came together and only in part by chance. The organization on ground, on water and from the air was magnificent. The care and individual personal attention all day out beyond the reef was superb. The team’s dedication for what they do at every turn was felt by all the guests - from assistance delivered to a queazy passenger up to the level of support we received out there in the water. I’d go so far as to say that most of the potential risk connected to amateurs snorkeling in open ocean with sea giants was eliminated by the care and genuine enthusiasm the crew has for their job. We saw four humpies. AND two whalesharks (near season end). My friends and I are 77 years old. Without this professional dedicated crew we would never have had this amazing experience.
