The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Price is per person, based on 3 adults per car/vehicle
Arrivals between 12:00am and 4:00am may incur an additional fee
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver was waiting for us as arranged and was helpful is taking our cases off us. My friend left her glasses in the car but our driver spotted this and came back to the hotel to return them.

Driver was waiting at the baggage claim area with our name clearly visible.
The car was spotless and extremely comfortable.
The driver was very nice, polite and easy to chat to.
we arrived on a midnight flight it was so nice to not have the hassle of taxi etc.

The flight was delayed and this was not the passenger's fault.
The driver was upset, crossed agains the passenger, rude and brutal, complaining continuouslu for about 15 minutes, saying other assignment could have covered in the meantime and so on. This makes the transfer very awkward and uncomfortable for the passenger. Having paif over 100€ (others cover it at 95 AU$), I really do not recommend such private arrival transfer.
