  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver was waiting for us as arranged and was helpful is taking our cases off us. My friend left her glasses in the car but our driver spotted this and came back to the hotel to return them. Excellent service.

Driver was waiting at the baggage claim area with our name clearly visible. The car was spotless and extremely comfortable. The driver was very nice, polite and easy to chat to. we arrived on a midnight flight it was so nice to not have the hassle of taxi etc. 5star AAA Service. Totally recommend.

The flight was delayed and this was not the passenger's fault. The driver was upset, crossed agains the passenger, rude and brutal, complaining continuouslu for about 15 minutes, saying other assignment could have covered in the meantime and so on. This makes the transfer very awkward and uncomfortable for the passenger. Having paif over 100€ (others cover it at 95 AU$）, I really do not recommend such private arrival transfer.
