Specialising in Swim with Humpback Whale Tours, 3 Islands Whale Shark Dive operate full-day snorkel tours between early August and end of October. With courtesy bus transfers starting from Exmouth accommodation at 9.30am, and returning at 5.30pm .  Swim alongside Humpback Whales, snorkel the reef and spot seasonal sea life such as turtles, dugongs, manta rays, dolphins and more during this fun, safe and informative eco-tour.     Join our Award Winning Team for a day of adventure on the Ningaloo Reef. Explore the aquatic wonderland and have the chance to see whales, turtles, manta rays, dolphins, dugongs, stunning corals and lots of colourful fish.

  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Please note children 12 years and under are not permitted to swim or enter the water with a Humpback Whale. Observing children are welcome to join the morning snorkel on Ningaloo Reef and observe the Humpback Whale Interactions from the vessel.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking

The Humpback's were amazing, but the guide AB on board was horribel. She talks like a teacher and screams. She like the animals more then people.

My wife and I went on a whale dive, we thoroughly enjoyed the day. The staff were fantastic, everything was explained well and the staff constantly checked to see if all was ok. The gear they gave us was in good order, snorkels and goggles, we all wore some sort of covering either a wetsuit or light all over suit for diving. There were plenty of size choices, no one had to improvise. The lunch was as good as expected on a trip like this. I would recommend this trip to anyone. My view is if you want to get up close to see whales and do not dive, it still would be a good day out.
