Leonardo was great, he got us to Murano and answered all of our questions along the way. The glass demonstrations were great and all the glass items were absolutely beautiful.

Well worth the money to see the glass blowers at work. What the Master was able to do with the glass was amazing.

The tour guide was friendly and helpful—as were the boat drivers. The staff at the glass factory were also great. The only thing that I would want someone to know is that there is a fairly hard sell at the factory to get you to purchase their products. Everything was of the highest quality—I just was not expecting the big sales push at this type of event (“tour”).
