She will teach you how to choose the best products from the Halles market, to cook them skilfully and nevertheless, joyfully. You will discover Provençal traditions rethought by a contemporary cook attentive to your well-being and the preservation of the Planet. Absolutely fantastic experience. Gina is an amazing chef and locally requires unique and fresh vegetables and fruit that are always in season and at their peak we even went to a small organic local farm to harvest and pick out fresh truffles. Simply amazing. She is also very friendly, nice and a pleasure to be around. She used to own a wine bar in Paris so she can guide you around all of Provence and the wine region for excellence, wineries, and vineyards to visit. Highly recommend five star.

Nous avons débuté par le marché d'Avignon où Gina a élaboré le menu en fonction des produits du jour. Un menu très gourmand et bio ! Délicieuse salade de courgettes, dorade au pastis et petits légumes, clafoutis aux cerises allégé. Tout se prépare dans la bonne humeur, et en assistant à chaque étape on est capable de refaire toutes ces recettes. Le déjeuner est une parenthèse enchantée sur une terrasse avec vue sur le palais des Papes... Merci Gina !
