It was an incredible day and I couldn’t have been more delighted with our itinerary, our thoughtful and knowledgeable guide Nathalie, and the beautiful Provençal countryside and villages we saw. Be prepared for a long day and a good bit of walking, but I can’t think of a better way to see so much in one day. Now I know where I want to return to and spend more time. There were four in our party and two other couples, so the tour felt more personal than a big bus tour and it was fun to get to know the other people. I’d recommend this tour as an excellent value to anyone.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about this tour. There were many positives—a full schedule, a very nice and personable guide, beautiful sites. However, it was also somewhat rushed and the time we had was oddly allocated. For some of the towns that we visited, we were only given half an hour. These towns had beautiful streets, cafes, shops, magical scenery. An hour or two would have been much better. As a result, we didn’t feel like we could relax and enjoy anything properly. Meanwhile, we had one whole hour for the Roman aqueduct, something that really only required 20 minutes for some photos and a quick walk. I would have preferred to narrow it down to 3 or 4 locations instead of 6. That way, the day wouldn’t feel rushed and hectic, an experience contrary to the one you want in the southern France.

On our family trip to Provence region in early May, our group leader was Natalie. She was very friendly, and also nice person who was willingly taking pictures for each group at every place on the day trip. Natalie also provided us water bottles, and all interesting facts along the trip. Our family had a great time visiting French Provence region yesterday with her. Merci beaucoup Natalie
