We will start the tour leaving Madrid on the way to Salamanca. Once there, you will have the opportunity to discover its patrimonial legacy with its innumerable corners and details. We will start in the center of the city. The tour includes the history and curiosities of the University of Salamanca, which was of great importance in the history of Spain. We will also visit the Cathedral. We will finish in the surroundings of the Plaza Mayor, where you will have time to taste its fantastic gastronomy and savor its iconic `tapas´. Then, we will leave for Ávila. Once in the quintessential medieval city, the tour will begin with a view of the wall, and we will pass by the San Vicente Sanctuary and the Cathedral. We will learn about the history of this unique city as we stroll through ancient alleyways and admire impressive Romanesque churches.

The trip to Salamanca is pretty long, but definitely worth it. Our guide was super friendly and made the experience really enjoyable. Since the ride takes a while, you don’t get tons of time to explore, but it’s a nice way to get a good overview of the city.

Nice, interesting and well organized trip. Both cities are amazing and worth to visit. I would wish to have more free time in Avila since walk along the city walls is not part of the tour and within the given free time you can hardly manage it.

What a packed day tour. We started at Salamanca and then visited Ávila. Both were amazing places. Wish we could stay longer but it is far drive. Due to long bus rides, it was very nice for them to consider bathroom breaks and coffee or snack breaks. Would recommend
