Although the guide was good the driving was unsafe, rash, speeding over bad roads and braking very hard. Even after telling the guide about it nothing changed. The tour agency also has tried to justify it with comments like “a lot of distance had to be covered OR normal speed on a bad road feels fast etc”. The car journeys were very uncomfortable with the driver driving at 60-70km/hr on untarred roads with potholes which meant we kept flying around at the back. Should our suggestions to the guide and tour agency been taken heed of our holiday would have been more comfortable, less stressful and more enjoyable. We were glad to have left this car when we got to Georgia and had much better driving experiences with the tour company there. The tour agency was meant to come back to me after investigating this internally but 2 weeks on and there is radio silence, which indicates they encourage this behaviour

What a lovely Trip we had in Azarbaijan Organized by Ertunc, each day was planned carefully keeping in mind the excitement as well as leisure time, both the hotels in Baku and Qabala were Superb, Also both Ertunc and our tour guide were available always on beck and call, overall we enjoyed a lot and a hassle free experience
