My husband and I had a fabulous 10-day trip to Azerbaijan, with a carefully planned and curated tour by Best Baku Tours. Despite only starting the planning process a week before our arrival in Baku, the tour went seamlessly and we had a truly memorable time. From the start, the team was incredibly responsive and accommodating via WhatsApp. The tour coordinator was highly professional and always reachable, ensuring our itinerary was customized to our liking. Our guide and driver was in touch with us as soon as we landed and was punctual for the entire 10 days. He was professional and respectful of our privacy and comfort, patiently answering all of our questions and accommodating every request. The car was very comfortable, and on two occasions, we were provided with a 4x4 when our destination was inaccessible by car. Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing and refreshing trip. I highly recommend Best Baku Tours for anyone planning a private tour in Azerbaijan.

Good vehicle. Responsive local agent. Friendly drivers. No guide included which is disappointing. You need a guide in places like ichericheher. All admission fees should be included.

I had booked all my private tours including Baku city tour, Gobustan and Asheron tour and Shamakhi and Gabala tours thru Best Baku Tours. The quotation in the fine print had English speaking driver though my request was for guided tours. There was no alternative quote given for guided tour. On reaching when I asked the agency about this, they made an exorbitant ask for the same. The approach of the agency was UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. The car provided for the trip was in a bad condition with ineffective air conditioner and uncomfortable seats. The driver provided was sincere but could barely converse in English – we did not understand half of what he said. Also, he took 95% of payment is cash. I wonder if he accounted for the same in his books !!! The worst part of the trip – I transferred tip for the driver to the agency but the same was retained by the agency and not given to the driver. I have never encountered such a MEAN travel agent, who retained tip for poor driver. I DO NOT recommend this travel agency.
