Good trip. Well organised. Would help if the transport has a logo, so that travellers can recognise the van when picking up. Otherwise, the guide was knowledgeable and funny, but needs to talk louder or use a mike to reach passengers at the back.

This was a nice tour and a good way to see the volcanoes and park. The guide was excellent (I didn't catch his name!). He was very informative, very friendly and made a real effort with the group.

Our guide, Jakob (hopefully spelled correctly), was very knowledgeable and pointed out many things at both sites and en route. The prehistoric art was wonderful to see, but the mud volcanos were a bit disappointing (as I had seen their bubblier Yellowstone cousins before). Our trip ran way behind schedule due to a tanker truck overturning on the highway and the consistent wanderings off of two guests. In the end, I still made it to the airport in time for my flight, but not before feeling nervous about being a potential no-show. Executive summary: very good guide, so-so attractions but both at solid value pricing.
