    Observation platforms have been built at different heights of the waterfall, to which steep stairs lead. The higher you go, the steeper the stairs, but not everyone will be able to reach the end. We had an absolutely fantastic experience on our private tour to Shamakhi and Gabala! I had the best time on Gabala tour. We were staying in Baku and went to Gabala with our guide Sabina. Sabina is the nicest person and she made the long drive to Gabala enjoyable with great conservation and our driver Mr Elmar is such a kind gentleman. He suggested good spots along the way and was extremely polite and happy to be with us. 10/10 to both of them.
