We waited and no one ever picked us up. We called the number on our ticket and they didn’t have any record of our reservation even though it was prepaid). We didn’t want to miss our flight so we ended up calling a taxi to take us to the airport.

Jose was on time waiting for us. He was very nice and got us to our hotel. Plenty of room for our luggage. I highly recommend Viator.

We were very late getting our bags due to list luggage. Our driver was very patient and understanding even though we were over an hour late and it was well after midnight.
