A castle in the spirit of the 18th century castles Built at the end of the 17th century, Flaugergues is a precursor of these residences called "follies" built in the countryside of Montpellier.     The gardens are a wonder to discover and worth a visit, but the guided tour of the interior leaves much to be desired. The guide was rather blasé with no charm or interest in answering the few questions, suggesting that he would have been happier to see us disappear. We granted his wish and all fled without even going through the store.

    A beautiful residence, which has remained the property of the descendants. The interior is only accessible by guided tour, “backstage of the castle”, with a very beautiful staircase (25% of the surface area!) and 4 or 5 rooms.

    Nice tour, too bad that hardly any English is spoken so we couldn't understand it. Everywhere she talked for more than 15/20 minutes in French, so we had no idea what she was talking about. Too bad, a waste of money
