Arrive Nassau and be welcomed by Luxton Ace staff. Your driver would await your arrival at Sir Lynden Pindling Airport, Jet Aviation, Odyssey, Cruise ship arrival or any other private FBO. At the arrival the Lead passenger name will be displayed on a sign. The driver will escort you to the car or if it is raining, will drive up to the curb to pick you up.The rep will ask for your voucher. Upon arriving to the hotel, your departure card/time will be given to you.

For travellers to the United States of America, we advice a 3 hours pick up before their Departure flight.

For all other countries we advice a 2 hour pick up before their Departure flight. We Pick up from all hotels within Nassau Bahamas and all Airbnb, vacation rentals, points of interest.

  • At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase, Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Maximum of 5 passengers with 5 luggage or 6 passengers with 3 luggage
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Arrived at airport no pickup. Called the number guy said we called you since yesterday to cancel. No reason on canceling, everything paid but still got canceled

Luxton Ace is a fantastic company. Our main interface was AJ, who was communicative, friendly, and very responsive. We used them for the airport and point-to-point transfers. All the drivers were friendly, courteous, and always arrived on time. This was our first trip to the Bahamas and Luxton Ace made sure our experience was nothing less than amazing!
