Communication was good at the start. We were told to meet outside the airport, and an employee (not the driver) met us there. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 15 minutes for the driver to arrive, while we watched other travelers leave right away in taxis. What bothered us most is that we had booked private transportation, yet the driver showed up with someone already sitting in the front passenger seat not what we paid for. The only positive was that the driver himself was very nice and friendly.

They did come and pick me up from the airport however trying to return is an issue as my hotel location was changed and I can’t seem to reach them to give them the new location. Viator gave me a non working number
