Very pleasant ride from the airport to the Grand Hyatt. Slight delay waiting for car to pick up at airport (10 mins) but the person on site kept us informed of status.

The stay was absolutely amazing!!!! I had a great time, the staff was amazing, the housekeeper Juline on the 9th floor did a phenomenal job making sure we were all good!! I will definitely be back!! The parties, the drinks, the energy all was worth it!!

Took a very long time from pickup to drop off to hotel. In addition, prior to arrival, I have sent messages with no response at all. To this day, there is no way to inform the driver on returning to the airport from the hotel. Thus, I will need to leave earlier due to flight changes. Moreover, I requested to the driver make a grocery stop but refused.
