  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Our tour guide was so fun and knowledgeable as well! Highly recommend. Our group all laughed and had the guide smiling the whole time.

We had a great time. This was a nice break from the heat and sun. The tour was educational and the staff very friendly. The chocolate is delicious too!!

The tour was fun and you do get to taste a few different chocolates and make your own. My only problem really was there was no dedicated check-in spot and when we asked where to wait (since we arrived 15 min early as the email suggests), they just said "anywhere". As someone who likes to have a dedicated meeting spot for tours, it was a bit confusing and disappointing.
