Departure Point: Tour departs from the water fountain next to the cruise ship terminal
Directions: Cruise Ship Passengers: In order to be picked-up for your tour, you must walk outside the Welcome Center and proceed to the green gates, once outside the green gates, you will see a water fountain, this is where you need to stand in order to see the bus pull up. If you are arriving via cruise ship, please be ready by 8:15am (for morning departure) or 12:15pm (for the afternoon departure).

  • Approximate rental cost for a wetsuit is $10 per day
  • This tour allows a maximum of 60 people per tour
  • Actual snorkel time is approximately 3 hours
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Too bad for the location that totally deserves 5 stars but the organization is so absurd and senseless in quiet conditions that I dare not think what could happen in an emergency. The excursion was totally affected by a family of 10 (4 adults and 6 children) screaming and screaming on board and kicking and disturbing in the water. All totally uncivilized such as not to have allowed a use of the excursion to the other 4 participants. The crew was unable to handle the chaos that was generated. I would not recommend and would not do it again.

Guides Alexis and Valentino were excellent. The whole system was flawless. Picked us up from our hotel included in the very reasonable price. 2 gorgeous snorkel spots, 1 turtle viewing spot and even a shark encounter spot which I was not expecting. All in 4-5 hours from 8am (at hotel) to 1pm (back at hotel). Our cruise was completely by ourselves which is not great for business but I was very grateful they didn’t just cancel. Definitely a testament to a well run organization.

Kareem and Alexis were the best guides. Never thought I’d ever be in the water watching sharks swim below me. I was trying to so hard to film with phone in its waterproof pouch (and failing) when Kareem wordlessly took the phone and dove down to get some incredible up close video. Definitely will be an excursion we never forget. We hit 2 more snorkel spots after that. Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable.
