I had to wait for more than an hour for someone to pick me up. Upon arrival, the vehicle had an order and my luggage was placed on top of tools. The vehicle shook and almost turned off when the brakes were applied. I could have gotten a cleaner car for less. I’m really saddened by the poor car conditions and when I call Viator, I was advised to contact the agency. There was a no refund for this trip. Instead of waiting, I should have left in another taxi. The driver had on clothes like he was working on the car before he got to the airport.
