Private Transfer from Hotel to Airport Nassau, Bahamas

I GAVE THEM ONE STAR, BUT THIS IS WHY....BUT IT WOULD BE A ZERO IF I COULD. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL, THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL ISN'T THE HOTEL YOU WILL BE STAYING AT. THE BEDS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE AND ONE OF THEM LIFTED ANYTIME YOU SAT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BED, THE HOTEL HAS A REALLY BAD ODOR TO IT, THE HOTEL ONLY HAS ONE ELEVATOR AND IT'S REALLY SLOW. AS SOON AS WE STEPPED OFF THE ELEVATOR IT WAS A DIP IN THE FLOOR. EVERYTHING IN THERE IS OUTDATED. THE NICE SIZE ROOMS THAT YOU SEE ON-LINE AREN'T THE SAME SIZES OF THE ROOMS. WE LEFT A DAY EARLY DUE TO JUST NOT BEING ABLE TO DEAL WITH ALL OF THE DISCOMFORTS OF THIS HOTEL, THEY'RE WERE STRAY DOGS OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR EVERYTIME WE LEFT THE HOTEL. THEY RAN OUT OF TOWELS AND THEY ONLY HAD A COUPLE OF TOWELS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE STAY, THERE WAS NO LAUNDRY AREA, THE ROOMS WEREN'T THAT CLEAN, I JUST WIPED THINGS DOWN.

This was the best transportation experience money could buy. The owner, Eric, made sure he informed me ahead of time who the driver would be and the type of vehicle arriving. He also checked to make sure that we were picked up on time. The driver, Carlos, was AWESOME. He made sure the ride to the airport was top notch. I will definitely use this service the next time I visit the Bahamas.

We traveled to Nassau Bahamas in January on vacation and requested Lester as our driver again. He's been our driver every trip and he's always been a pleasure. We never have to wait, he takes care of everything so we can relax. And nobody goes above and beyond like Lester... Once when we landed and met him, we indicated we were hungry and he called ahead to a restaurant to order for us. We picked up the food on our way to the rental and it was fantastic. He always provides some island history and perspective so we can learn about the island while we ride. Can't recommend him highly enough!
