Locating the company was very simple, for shared rides you do have to wait for a little for others to come from arrivals. It was a very comfortable ride. I was offered water and beer.

I made a reservation through viator, but the driver didn't show up. When I asked the company, they said that I couldn't get a refund because I went out the wrong exit and didn't meet the driver. However, I went out to the correct exit as the guide, and the company said it was my fault until the end. They ignore the records of my contact with them several times during the appointment and show only the messages they exchanged that I didn't show up. They claim that they are right no matter how much they talk to the company through WhatsApp messages and concierge. It's a company that should never be used.
viator 통해 예약했지만 드라이버가 나타나지 않음. 업체에 문의하니 제가 잘못된 출구로 나가서 드라이버를 못만난 것이라 환불도 불가하다고 함. 그렇지만 나는 가이드대로 정확한 출구로 나갔고 업체에서는 끝까지 내가 잘못한거라고 함. 내가 약속시간에 수차례 연락한 기록은 무시하고 자기들끼리 내가 노쇼했다고 주고받은 메시지만 보여줌. 업체에 왓츠앱 메시지, 컨시어지를 통해 아무리 얘기해봐도 자기들 말이 맞다고 주장함. 절대 이용해서는 안되는 업체임.
