I would rate my overall experience a 0 if I could. 1st there were issues with the confirmation of our return shuttles. We had to continuously call because they originally had our pick up an hour before our departures. Which makes no sense the hotel is about 45 minutes away from the airport and we need to be there 2-3 hours before so why would you schedule our departures so close to our flights. Then she had to keep calling to get our correct times because they didn’t have it ready even though it was Sunday and we were leaving on Tuesday. If we didn’t keep calling, when would we have actually gotten our pick up info. This is literally an adjustment to reservations that we’re made well before the trip even started. They added my roommate to my reservation and tried to say I got picked up earlier that morning when there were suppose to be 2 pick up time. Overall, this company is disorganized and caused a lot of issues due to us having to continuously call in our to figure out when our actual pick up times are. I ended up having to take a taxi to the airport because of all the confusion and back and forth. Nexus Tours and their managers weren’t helpful at all. Based on the my experience with the cabo company I would never use this company anywhere else & on any of my trips. The level of customer service I received was subpar.
