Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We offer a low-cost, private door-to-door transportation service in the Puerto Los Cabos area. The most effective way to travel. We will make sure your journey is smooth and stress free. We will also have water and some cold beers ready for you in the car.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our trip from the airport to the hotel in Cabo was fine (after waiting a full 30+ minutes for our ride vs the 8 minutes we were told), but for the return trip, I had offered to give two other business associates a ride back since the car we reserved had room for 5 travelers. The driver informed me that I had to update the reservation with corporate and pay an additional $25 per passenger. Baloney. One extra person came with us, and at the airport drop off our driver held his hand out and wouldn't leave until we gave him $25 cash. Incredibly shady, I guarantee he pocketed it. I'm happy to share the license plate number and reservation number with the owners if they would like to address this driver. I will never use, nor recommend this service again. Ubers are far less expensive, save yourself the hassle.

Trips to see the dolphins at Puerto El Morro were fully booked and very expensive. Our hotel, the Doubletree at Gyuaquil, advised us to use their preferred taxi service. The receptionist arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 8am and take us to the Port of El Morro where we could then find a boat trip. Taxi was $90 each way and journey takes 90 minutes. Driver dropped us by the boats and we found a boat that offered a one hour trip for $40 dollars but we wanted two hours and so it was agreed at $45 dollars for both of us. Great trip on the the river through mangroves though we did not venture down any inlets and stayed in the main river. Saw lots of birds including pink spoonbills and a good number of dolphins. Important tip: get your taxi driver to wait for you (or invite him on the boat) so you can leave after your boat trip. We had to wait for our driver to return. It's not the pleasant little fishing village we had read about. No eating or drinking places we would have been happy to eat or drink at
