If I could give zero stars I would. We waited for our taxi for an hour at the airport. We looked for legacy company everywhere and no one was to be found. We had to pay a private taxi to get us to our hotel. Would not recommend booking with them. Received a call almost two hours after about where we were at. Very poor service. We paid $90 for private one way trip to our hotel.

Thank you to Felix at Legacy! He was prompt and helpful with all our needs. Gave a lot of good recommendations on our way to our resort. He texted us as soon as we landed and gave careful instructions on how to exit the airport; it’s a shark den…just walk right thru all of it!

The booking process was smooth and clear. The directions to find the driver were also clear. Upon my arrival at SJD, the driver proactively communicated his status and ETA via text. I was made to wait about 15 minutes for his arrival in the designated area, which is standard in my experience using different transfer companies in Cabo.
Once the driver arrived, he was friendly, spoke good English, and efficiently got the trip underway. I was offered a beverage and treated respectfully as we traveled to my destination.
It should be noted that, while I recall that no specific route was promised at the time of booking, this driver did not utilize the toll road and traveled through San Jose Del Cabo on surface streets. This may not have been the most efficient route. In my experience, other transfer companies have utilized the toll road while charging a similar price.
