You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Tony and his team were amazing. The experience was a lot of fun especially for my 11 year old. Even if you aren’t adventurous, you will feel safe and have a lot of fun.

Cuando se nos dificultó el horario del zip line, ellos pudieron hacer otra reservación en vez de cancelar, Todos hicieron la experiencia divertido y hicieron su trabajo más de lo mejor, y cuando nuestros hijos no quisieron continuar, ellos los cuidaron y yo y mi amiga podíamos seguir. La comida y las bebidas también después de que termines con ziplining están buena y refrescante!
