We are thankful to meet Ardi as he was a very sincere and kind guy. He went the extra mile to send us to other destinations not within the package. Tiptop service. Ardi had shared with us his vast experience and we feel closer to him after this tour and regard him as a friend. I would suggest all visitors who engage tour package to include their tour guide for meals as we could see Ardi was very happy to eat with us as this is his first time having such close connection with his customer (us).

まず、ツアーの内容はとても充実していて、ビーチ以外のバリ島を堪能することができました。 私たちは、その日の夜の便で移動しなくてはならなかったので、通常ホテル送迎ですが、ガイドのムダナさんが配慮してくださって、帰りは直接空港に送ってもらって、 無事に飛行機にも乗れました。 車も快適で、ドライバーさんの運転も快適でした。 個別のツアーなので、途中で伝えた希望も聞いてもらえました。 次回は、自分たちの都合で行かれなかったモンキーツアーにも参加したいです。

We had a lovely day around Ubud, the rice terraces, the waterwall, our driver was genuinely nice and caring and told us a lot about Bali culture and customs. It was a great day outdoors with quite a lof of driving.
