I didn't have a good ecperience, I booked online night before got confirmation tickets etc then ph tour operator to get directions, there was no record of my booking in his system rven thò it was instant confirmation for me, so he asked for screen shot of my ticket which I sent & he was happy with. He said he could organise his brother inlaw to pickup drop me off we agreed on price tho was quite high. I was pickedup, got there waiting around then they said they had no record of my booking. I showed them my tkts plus the whatsap conversation with tour guide. They kept me waiting, trying to make ph calls to verify me. I wasn't impressed & said so. Eventually they made contact with someone & sorted it. I said it is insulting to be questioned especially when I had proof ie tickets whatsapp conversation etc. I want to attend a tour & not pay good $ have complications, be questionec like I am a liar. If the customer has all the right documents it's not their fault if communications btwn tour operators & staff have broken down & customer should still be looked after & given the tour. I don't know who was at fault but it took the enjoyment out of it. Also my horse was a bit stubborn as was tired from other morning tours & hungry. I don't think I got a full hour I paid for. The place was disorganised & rude, but we made peace & proceeded.
