Adi was my guide and he was AMAZING!!! He came to the entrance of my hotel to meet me so I didn't have to worry about looking for him, and he was helpful in figuring out what was best to do for my half-day tour. Not to mention, he took the best photos & was great at explaining things about the rice fields, the temples, etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You Adi!

After a amazing experience with Smile Bali tour guide Wah. We couldn’t help but to have him show us around Bali again. I would say Smile Bali Tour is so blessed to have a guide like Wah. He is the best your guide I have met. He goes extra miles just to ensure that we have a good time and ensure to make our happiness the priority always. Such a wonderful person. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family who travels to Bali☺️????

After my great trip with Wah from Smile Bali Tours, I engaged Wah again to do a customised tour for me. Even though I did not go through the company, Wah still informed his company about it and charged me a decent price, from this I can just see how much Smile Bali Tours values Wah and also how honest and respectful Wah is. Since I already had an ATV ride booked with another agent, Wah just helped me to transport to the location first. And even though it’s not his company, he came down with me for the registration and settled every matter before he went out to wait for me. After the ATV, Wah brought me to a great spa place and also some great shopping areas, he ended the trip by bringing me to Jimbaran Bay for a great seafood dinner. Like I said, Wah is a respectful, polite and knowledgeable guide who will turn into your friend by the end of the trip. As for Smile Bali Tours and Wah, they set the standard so high that I want to revisit all my other 5 star reviews because compared to them, all the other tours I’ve taken fall short. If you’re coming to Bali, please try to book your tours with Smile Bali Tours and you won’t be disappointed. To Wah and Smile Bali Tours, keep up the good work, you guys are the best at now and I hope you will always stay the best. My next Bali tour will definitely be with you guys again.
