You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Very slick and organised operation from pick up to drop off. Lunch provided was buffet and very tasty Great scenery and actual river isn't hard to navigate even with just 2 rowing Staff are very friendly

Special mention to our driver Anggra who picked us up from our hotel and drove to the place which was about 45 mins away. The activity was fun and memorable. Anggra also responded all our questions and gave a lot of tips.

Suuuper experience in combined plan of rafting and atv with friends. We were lucky to have a great driver, his name is Anggra (5*) who made the trip very pleasant with lots of recommendations and took us to a free tasting of local coffee and tea... what more could you ask for? Experience 10!!!
