Visited Malaysia in February 2020 and spent a fantastic day with Razuan my driver heading up into the Cameron highlands from Kuala Lumpur. It was originally a couples trip but unfortunately my partner was ill so he stayed behind. We stopped off at various picturesque spots on the road up into the mountains including waterfall and a lovely aboriginal village where we had a demonstration of traditional hunting spears. The tea plantations were wonderfully refreshing and a great opportunity to sample and buy the local tea. I was given the choice of where to eat for lunch but followed the driver’s recommendation of a local Malay restaurant - highly recommended! The afternoon included a butterfly farm and strawberry farm. Would recommend as a compact way of seeing the sights of the Cameron highlands!
