We enjoyed this tour in a minibus which held 15 passengers. The guide picked us up on time and was very aware that we were restricted with time as our cruise ship was only docked for a day. It was wonderful to see the local people and their way of life. We visited the pewter factory first and then went into the city to see the fabulous buildings. The Petronas Towers were awesome. The city is so modern. We finished with a lovely lunch before our journey back to the ship.

Ms. Trang was an excellent guide with perfect English and anxious to show us what we would like to see as well as the regular attractions. She picked us up on time and we travelled in an airconditioned minibus. The War Remnants Museum was our No. 1 place to visit. Heartbreaking to see the devastation of the war. We enjoyed the other regular tourists' spots i.e. Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office, Reunification Hall and shopping in Ben Thanh Market. After our sightseeing we were treated to a beautiful Thai lunch before a one and a half hour drive back to the ship. This
