This was the best airport to hotel experience I’ve ever had! They were waiting for me at the arrival hall with my name displayed in big print, so very easy to pick out immediately. The young lady who met me was so helpful and accommodating, leading me out and putting me safely in the car. Then, she was able to tell the driver to go to a different terminal where my son, unbeknownst to me, had landed from another flight. Easily picked up, we were taken directly to our hotel. The young lady and driver were professional, accommodating, and kind. Also, the company, through text, stayed in touch with me from the time I left my home to the time I landed in KL. Highly, most sincerely, recommended. I wish this company could be in every country that I travel to. That’s how good and dependable there were! Thank you!
